If you have an issue with the CompStock, please contact Knoxx Industries with your questions or service needs. DO NOT contact the firearm manufacturer or your retailer for service. Contacting Knoxx Industries directly will expedite your service. Many times your issue can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone. For product service and repair please contact Knoxx Industries Customer Service at (805) 227-4099. All product repairs require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to service.
ATTENTION: Read and follow all instructions and warnings prior to installation and/or firing a CompStock equipped shotgun. If you are at all unsure of your ability to install your CompStock safely, please seek the services of a competent gunsmith.
 WARNING 1: Before beginning stock installation, make sure that the shotgun is UNLOADED. Carefully check the chamber and magazine tube making both visual and touch verification.
